GROUP REFORMER PILATES TRAINING

Various exercises are performed on Pilates reformer machines. These Reformer machines are one of the most popular devices for Pilates training. Their effect is based on the gradual resistance of springs and ropes, which allows the loads to be evenly distributed to the muscles without damaging the joints. Using the Reformer has been found to cause greater muscle activation during certain exercises compared to exercise on the mat (Endleman & Critchley, 2008).

 

During the training, the exercises are also performed on the mats using additional tools: therapeutic big balls, soft small and weight balls, rollers, pilates rings, elastic bands. Performing various physical exercises on an unstable surface (big ball, roller, small soft ball) strengthens and stabilizes the torso muscles, has a positive effect not only on the body's motor system, but also reduces back (especially lumbar) pain.

PRIVATE AND INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Individual trainings take place in small groups of up to 3 people, private trainings take place for one person. A variety of Pilates exercise equipment (Cadillar Reformer, Reformer, Pilates chair, arches, etc.) is used during this workout year.

 

Individual trainings together with the trainer:

  • you are constantly monitored

  • controlled exercise technique,

  • you get exceptional individual attention

  • training takes place according to your individual schedule,

Once you have paid for your workouts, all ONLINE memberships are valid for 30 days from the date of transfer!

Certified Body Control Pilates Trainer,   Member of Ereps, EHFA, EQF Level 4, Certified Body Control Exercise on Mat and Pilates with Equipment. He holds diplomas from the EURO Education European Fitness School - Advanced Pilates Trainer and Functional training school, and many Pilates certificates in the fields of functional anatomy.

A physiotherapist with a master's degree in rehabilitation and a physical education and sports activity license. She has obtained many Pilates certificates from Lithuanian and foreign lecturers.

Certified STOTT PILATES instructor, qualified to work with people with special needs (to help recover from injuries, correct posture distortions, pregnant pilates, etc. STOTT PILATES Injuries and Special Population Course), training on mats using all pilates small equipment, and with Reformer exercise machines.
