4TH SECONDARY SCHOOL, LITHUANIAN CHAMPIONSHIP, 1985 M KAUNAS

As a child, I attended artistic gymnastics trainings, achieved the separation of a candidate for sportsmanship, and from a young age I dreamed of working as a coach.

INTERNATIONAL SPORTS AEROBICS CHAMPIONSHIP, 1999 LION, FRANCE

After graduating from the American-Lithuanian Business College with a degree in Institutional Administration after school, I decided to pursue my childhood dream, I started studying at LAPE (Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education, now LSU), and chose to specialize in aerobics. While still studying, I had founded an aerobics club, as well as actively practiced aerobic gymnastics, participated in Lithuanian and international competitions.

I later continued my studies studying sports biomedicine and defended my doctorate. For many years I conducted various cardio trainings: classical aerobics, steppe, dance trainings, body design classes. I used to think that I don’t like and don’t like slow workouts, but after knee meniscus surgery, I started to go deeper into Pilates. I was already familiar with this methodology in the training of coaches from Russia and Brazil. I was interested in global trends, Pilates schools, I tried to understand how they differ, whether Pilates exercise methods are the same everywhere. In search of answers to my questions, I went to study in Greece and Ukraine.

I KILEV INTERNATIONAL PILATES SEMINAR, WITH TEACHER NUALA COOMBS, 2010 UKRAINE

Since 2011 I am constantly improving in the training organized by the Body Control School in London, where I have successfully passed the examinations of a teacher on a mat and with a trainer Reformer, a few moments from the following seminars:

Finally, in love with Pilates, I could no longer imagine my life without it. Feedback from people about their well-being after training, lost back or joint pain, better posture and other results has led to a deeper understanding of the human body, major health problems and has become a major 'engine' and joy to work in.

I published the first Pilates videos in Lithuania, wrote a Lithuanian textbook Pilates Exercise and created and taught a Pilates exercise module for trainers, physiotherapists and other health professionals at the Lithuanian Sports University. I am constantly researching the benefits of Pilates for the human body, publishing articles and reading papers at international conferences, teaching to foreign university students, participating in various international projects, very often improving in various seminars, observing the latest health trends in the world.
