THEORY ONLINE Topics:

  • Pilates history and principles (breathing, movement control)

  • Basic requirements for correct posture

  • Why does Pilates help your back? The most common causes of pain and ways to solve them with exercises

  • Stabilization - what is it? Why is it so important for our body?

PRACTICE IN THE STUDIO Topics:

  • Breathing | stabilization. Balance between stability and mobility.

  • Performance of basic exercises in various positions, performance technique

  • Training and correction of basic exercises. How to correct a client - verbal commands and correcting hand touches (practice in pairs)

  • Classic Pilates exercises and their performance technique

  • Variations of classic Pilates exercises and their adaptation to people of different levels of fitness

  • Exercise training, correction with corrective hand touches (practice in pairs)

THEORY ONLINE Topics:

  • Biomechanics and anatomical analysis of classic Pilates exercises

  • What is the difference between the "old" Pilates and the current one?

  • The most common mistakes, their damage to the health of the spine joints and how to avoid them and correct them

  • We will practice evaluating the "client" and work in pairs

  • Functional testing, selection of exercises to reduce asymmetry and established dysfunctions

Certified trainer of the international Body Control Pilates (United Kingdom) and Polestar (USA) schools for exercises on the mat and with all studio equipment. Having an Ereps certificate (European register of exercise professionals). She has been working in the field of wellness for over 25 years, teaching theoretical and practical lectures to physiotherapists, public health specialists, physical education teachers, sports coaches.
