Theory Online

In the theoretical part, Kristina Z. tells stories about the myofascial links of the body, their characteristics, why some move easily, while others are tense, what influence does the fascia of our body have on this, and much more.

After registering for the theoretical part by e-mail you will receive a link to the conversation by mail. After the theory, you will be able to purchase the recording separately.

Practice in the Studio

The practical part is conducted in the Pilates house studio at Smalininkų g. 2, Kaunas. In a small group, Kristina will share how and what exercises to exercise the myofascial links, what mistakes to avoid, what needs to be emphasized in training. You will have the opportunity to participate in a MASTER CLASS lesson on whole body fascia training in different positions.
